You want to talk to an actual person about your show. Here’s how to reach one.

No ticket system, no chatbot, no “a member of our team will circle back.” The phone rings at the edit desk on Park Hill Lane, and the inbox gets read at the same desk where your episodes get cut.

02 / intake --new-show

Tell us about the show in your head.

Rough is totally fine. Half a sentence about who you’d interview beats a polished brief every time — we’ll fill in the rest on the call.

Book a 20-minute show call

We reply within one business day with two or three times that work for us.

Which four are you leaning toward?

03 / routing --by-subject

Not here about a new show? Put this in the subject line.

It all goes to the same inbox, but a good subject line means we’ve pulled up the right session files before we’ve even finished reading. Tap a subject and your email app opens with it already filled in.

Thinking about a new show New show — Your company Who’d host, two or three dream guests, and roughly when you want to launch. 1 business day
Mid-package with edit notes Notes — Show name, ep. # Timestamps for anything you want trimmed or kept, like “cut 14:32–16:05.” Vague is fine too — we’ll ask. Same day if it’s in by 3pm
A guest with a setup question Guest — Your name, record date What headphones you’ve got and where you’re planning to sit. A photo of the room helps more than you’d think. Before your session
Adding a video cut or a rush Add-on — Show name Which add-on ($385 video cut, $240 blog post, $460 rush) and which episodes it’s for. 1 business day
Writing about us, or pitching a collab Hello — Your outlet A link to what you’re working on and a line on why it fits. Within a week

No subject line? Also fine. We read everything at info@zipperlantern.com.

04 / the edit desk, in person

Want to see where it gets cut? Swing by.

Every recording session runs remote, so you never have to make the trip. But if you’re around Westchester and want to sit in on a playback, the door on Park Hill Lane is open during studio hours. Just give us a heads-up first, so nobody’s mid-mix with headphones on when you knock.
